Josh, Holly and the Pony team cater for corporate events, weddings and private parties throughout the South West of the UK, working in venues from ships and tipis to stately homes and private estates.
Holly and front of house team ensure that every element of the presentation is perfectly executed with a friendly and warm style that puts your guests at ease. Holly also helps with elements of event management as required by our clients to plan the menu timings, wine matching and theming alongside the menu.
The menus are designed by Josh and the team to suit the style of the event, with a focus on British ingredients sourced locally and sustainably. Each dish is planned with precision and delivered to the level you would expect from The Pony's Michelin starred quality, but presented with our signature informal and accessible style.
Everything is prepared in the the state of the art event kitchen at The Pony & Trap and then cooked on site with the team's event kitchen.
We love working with our customers to create food for their special day. We pop up at around 20 events per year and work at hundreds of venues, including alongside Tipi Events who create a bespoke wedding venue beside the beautiful setting of Chew Valley Lake each summer.
