Following on from our autumn fish and shellfish tasting in 2016, this tasting menu features the shellfish of spring. The very best of seasonal shellfish and fish will be selected to sit perfectly with the finest sparkling wine, sourced by Holly and the Front of House team. With the shellfish and fish sourced from Cornwall on the same day, this will be the perfect springtime treat.
