Josh and The Pony nominated for two Catey Awards 2017

Josh and The Pony & Trap have been announced as finalists in the Catey Awards 2017, nominated for best Pub and Bar Award, sponsored by Britvic and Independent Restaurateur of the Year.

Since their inception in 1984, The Cateys have cast a spotlight on the industry’s highest flyers, strongest performers and hottest brands. Over more than a quarter of a century, they have become a byword for quality, class and achievement. The industry refers to them as its Oscars Night.

Josh is nominated against Peter Borg-Neal of Oakman Inns & Restaurants, Hector Ros of Bel & The Dragon and Chris Hill from the New World Trading Company for the Independent Pub & Bar Award.

We're also overwhelmed to be included in the Independent Restaurateur of the Year category with Josh shortlisted alongside four of the most incredible chefs in the country including Michael Deane from Deanes Restaurant in Belfast, Angela Hartnett of Murano in London, Tom Kerridge and the Hand & Flowers and Nathan Outlaw for his Nathan Outlaw Restaurants.

Looking forward to seeing everyone on the night in London!
