Spring Update!

Hello friends of The Pony!

A lot has happened since our last message and there's a lot coming up at The Pony in Spring!

Big thanks to everyone who came along to support last month's RNLI Tasting Menu and Salt and Malt and our first Tasting Menu of the season... there's plenty more coming up with Michael Bremner heading to the South West in less than a fortnight. He's an amazing talent and a master of flavour, having worked all over the world before settling in Brighton and opening his restaurant, 64 Degrees.

If you fancy a trip to the seaside this April the Josh an the team are going to be cooking at Porthleven Food Festival. This is such a grea festival, in a stunning part of the country and it's well worth a trip down. Then, at the end of the month, Josh heads to Exeter Food Festival.

In between the two festivals, on the 27th, Josh is heading down to Torquay to be guest chef at Simon Hulstone's restaurant The Elephant... Simon's another of our guest chefs later in the year.
