The brother and sister duo have earned a reputation for quality with Josh managing the kitchen, and Holly, front of house. A testament to great food and a welcoming atmosphere, The Pony & Trap has held a Michelin Star since 2011 and was ranked 3rd in the Publican Morning Advertiser's Top 50 UK Gastropubs in January 2014. The pub’s champions a “field to fork” ethos serving food sourced as locally as possible from suppliers around the Chew Valley and the South West.
Josh Eggleton, Dominic Chapman & Emily Watkins are joining forces to bring together their dishes from the show in a four course banquet to commemorate the event.
